Our easy online application takes less than 10 minutes, and the service is free.
Enrollment details:
- Determine the payment method for your organization: ACH (direct deposit), Virtual Card Payments (VCP) or a combination of ACH and VCP, based on payer offering.
- No software to buy or install

- PDF Fax Form
To enroll online you will need the following information/ documents to upload:
- Organization name, address information and tax identification number (TIN)
- Contact information for your designated EPS contacts
- Banking information and a voided check or bank letter for each account where payments will be deposited (for the ACH option)
- Your organization's federal W-9 form

Claims paid electronically are deposited directly to your designated bank account or loaded to a virtual payment card.

- Remittance information is available on the same day the payment is made
