*There is a $2.50 ATM withdrawal fee. Access fees may also be charged by the ATM owner.

Tips for making payments with your HSA

  • You can pay bills or reimburse yourself for qualified medical expenses you've incurred since you were enrolled in a high-deductible health plan and eligible to open an HSA.
  • Your HSA works like a checking account: you can use it to pay for qualified medical expenses as long as you have the funds to cover them.
  • It's a good idea to wait for your doctor or other health care provider to file a claim with your medical plan before paying for their services. That way you'll know exactly how much you owe.

To use your debit card at an ATM or in a store, you will need a personal identification number (PIN).
